We collect your name, email address, company information, and message content through the contact form. If we use web analytics (Google Analytics), visit statistics are collected only after your explicit cookie consent.

Additional information (e.g. ad platform access, sales data structure) may be requested during the project proposal or service agreement process. This data is processed solely for service delivery.

Data we collect

We use contact form data only to respond to your inquiry and provide service proposals. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data sharing with relevant platform providers (e.g. Looker Studio, Google Ads API) may be necessary for the services we provide. In such cases, only the minimum data required for service delivery is shared.

Data use and sharing

Data related to your contact requests is retained for up to 24 months after the request is resolved. Data under a service agreement is kept in accordance with legal retention obligations and contract terms. Upon your deletion request, data is removed within 30 days.

Our site uses essential cookies (session, preferences) and optional analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are activated only after your explicit consent. Your preference is stored in the browser and can be changed at any time.

Refund requests are evaluated in the following cases:

• The service was not delivered as described in the contract and this can be documented
• Technical issues (data source connection errors, platform restrictions) prevented completion and could not be resolved by the customer
• Your request is made within 14 days of the payment date and the project has not yet started
• Full cooperation (access, information sharing) was provided but delivery was not possible

Refund eligibility

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• The service was fully delivered in accordance with the contract
• Change of mind after custom work (dashboard, integration) has started or been completed
• Delay or incomplete delivery due to the customer not providing required access, data, or information
• Services explicitly stated as non-refundable in the contract

Non-refundable cases

If the project is partially completed, a proportional refund for the incomplete portion may be considered. For example, if 2 of 4 weeks of scope were completed, a refund for the remaining 2 weeks may be considered. The decision is made by Vakasoft based on project status and contract terms.

Partial refunds

To request a refund, contact us via our contact page. In your request, include the order/project name, payment date, reason for refund, and any supporting information. We review the request within 3–5 business days and provide a decision and complete any refund within 10 business days. Approved refunds are reflected in your account within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment method.

This site provides information about Vakasoft marketing analytics services (dashboard setup, reporting systems, data integration). Pricing and scope are determined by separate proposals and contracts for each project. Information on the site does not constitute an offer.

Scope of service

You will use the site only in a lawful and good-faith manner. Distributing malware, unauthorised access, or interfering with the site infrastructure is prohibited. Unauthorised copying, distribution, or commercial use of content is prohibited.

Acceptable use

Text, images, and design on the site are owned by Vakasoft. Dashboards, reports, and documentation delivered to customers are used under the licence specified in the contract. Source code and integration structures remain Vakasoft property; exceptions are explicitly stated in the contract.

Intellectual property

Information on the site is for general guidance only. For specific advice or legal opinion, you should seek professional consultancy. Vakasoft cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of information on the site.

Limitation of liability

We may update these terms without prior notice. The current text is always available on this page. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
